The Role
This is a varied position with a degree of responsibility and include various duties as following
- Daily Despatching of orders
- arranging deliveries and international shipments
- liaising with delivery drivers
- dealing with shipping queries
- Stock Control
- keep track of stock for re-ordering throughout the month
- Processing of Purchase Orders
- Chase Suppliers
- On occasion booking in deliveries
- Sales & Works Orders
- Daily Courier
- Booking of couriers daily
The person
- Good multitasking skills, being able to work under pressure and quickly.
- Organised; capable of working own initiative, and coordinating with others.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members and managers.
- Strive to build product knowledge with inhouse training
- Be supportive of everyone's efforts to succeed.
Hours of Work
- Monday
- Thursday
- Friday
- Open to part time hours but would still be required Monday
- Friday

minimum of 30 hrs part time / 39 hours full time
