We are an outsourced sales and marketing company acquiring customers for our clients across Northern Ireland.

We work with a variety of industries but always across three main platforms.

We are offering this Customer Service Advisor position to aspiring career starters or changers who are looking to get their foot in the door of a supportive and encouraging company.

Full training is being offered to those without previous experience.

Would you love to help us in bringing brands to life through direct marketing campaigns, boosting our client's lead generation by up to 200%?

The Role

  • Handle our client's direct marketing campaign
  • Assist in increasing our client's market share on a face to face basis
  • Customer service and acquisitions
  • Upsell our clients' products and services
  • Handling all customer queries and questions
  • Track sales and adequately manage your daily data

Job Types:

Salary:
£18,125.48-£24,997.35 per year
