The Finance Controllership organization is looking for a talented and experienced product owner to drive the transformation of Regulatory Reporting capabilities across our international markets.

These products will support the highly complex nature of the evolving regulations across countries and ensure we meet compliance needs with high stability and flexibility.

The transformation will drive efficiency and improvements in agility, cost, innovation, and speed to market.


As the Product Owner for International Regulatory Reporting Initiatives (IRRI), you will be part of IRRI Product team and mostly involved in data analysis, mapping and validation during Discovery and Envisioning phase of the project.

You will also be working side by side with engineering teams to prioritize the backlog, develop features and collaborate to deliver on Controllership initiatives.

You will work with execution teams to ensure delivery of consistently high-quality, timely feature launches.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Communicate and build consensus across multiple teams in multiple geographies and time zones, working effectively through both virtual and inperson channels.
  • Partner closely with and influence key functional and execution teams, including other Product Management, Technology, Operation and Compliance teams.
  • Translate complex finance objectives into capabilities and features, working closely with engineering teams to support delivery.
  • Navigate intricate finance & technology dependencies and communicate impacts to key stakeholders
  • Ability to drive e2e product management, including building and maintaining a continually prioritized product roadmap and backlog of refined capabilities, features, and user stories.
  • Identify and communicate risks for work that is inflight and collaborate with Finance & Technology SMEs to provide viable alternatives to mitigate those risks
  • Maintain an understanding of the current and future state of regulations across markets to anticipate, identify and prioritize needs and risks in a timely fashion
  • Comfortable navigating Agile and SAFe practices for e2e product delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in product management with an ascending level of responsibility.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and engineering expertise within the Finance Regulatory areas.
  • Strong SQL knowledge and Experience
  • Blend of Finance and Technology experience is critical for this role. Technical discipline degree with Finance experience or Financefocused degree with technology experience.
  • Experience with software and product development processes and tools (Rally, Confluence, etc).
  • Experience with International Finance Regulatory Reporting or compliance practices.
  • Experience with SDLC with a focus on agile and scrum software delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels, internally and externally.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences, including senior leaders.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation, problemsolving, risk mitigation and skilled at translation and articulation of product needs
  • Proficient in creating clear and concise communications using Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Visio

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical & problemsolving skills and excellent organizational skills
  • Project management skills, ability to prioritize and complete tasks.
  • Experience driving delivery of enterprise tools at a global company.
