Build-Lite (UK) Ltd, develop, manufacture and supply a range of innovative building products and creative architectural mouldings for the construction industry.

Our aim is to provide new and innovative construction materials, that significantly reduce build-time, improve the carbon footprint and reduce handling and storage costs.

We offer a range of fast-track building products, which set out to provide cost-effective solutions to some of the commercial, financial and environmental challenges that architects and developers encounter in their construction projects today.

The Role:

You will be working alongside an established team specialising within the housing market to produce quotations and work closely with the engineers on individual site designs.

Working within a busy sales/technical office environment, the main duties will include:

• Producing quotations from technical drawings, processing sales orders, following up on existing leads and developing new ones.
• Holding meetings with various customers and clients, explaining product details, liaising with different departments to ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.
• Providing cost estimations and handling multiple projects.
• Working with both the client and engineer with regards to structural calculations and drawings.
• Supplying manufacturing and layout drawings.
• Visting site to provide training to groundworkers and supervising with site managers on the installation of the foundation system.
• Excellent project management qualities to ensure timely project completion of project goals and maintaining records.
• Either groundworks knowledge or be from a structural/civil engineering background.
• Excellent organisation, written and verbal communication skills. Use of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, whilst maintaining good working relationships and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads.
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with customers, clients and different departments.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings. AutoCAD skills advantageous.
• Driving license / own transport advantageous.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
