More about your role


You will be working within the Operations team for Assets and Investments with responsibility for providing operational support including managing the Groups investment portfolios made up of traditional market rent and grey market rent portfolios, mortgage rescue properties, students portfolios, operating leases, commercial property and new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for continuously improving services across the portfolios that meet budget targets and exceed customer expectations.


This role is home based but you will be visiting different sites anywhere from Inverness to Plymouth a couple times a month as part of this role, all travel expenses will be covered.

More about you


You will be confident in your own ability and have great initiative to work on your own with mínimal supervision.

You will have experience of working towards targets ad deadlines with proven experience of solving complex problems.

You will have an analytical approach to workload and an understanding of principles of positive relationship management.

Ideally you will have a property or housing management background that could have been gained within the private or affordable sectors, but other backgrounds will also be considered.

This is a great opportunity to move into the assets and investments sector of the industry.
