We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paver to join our team. As a Paver, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing various paved surfaces.

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and materials.

  • Prepare surfaces for paving by removing debris and ensuring proper drainage
  • Set up and operate paver machinery to lay asphalt or concrete
  • Smooth and level surfaces using hand tools, power tools, or machinery
  • Repair damaged pavement by removing old materials and replacing with new ones
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

  • Previous experience as a Paver or similar role
  • Proficiency in working with various paving materials such as asphalt or concrete
  • Knowledge of operating paver machinery and other relevant tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or project plans
MUST Be able to work to a schedule and understand the depths required for fonestic driveways/patios

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Job Type:
Contract


Salary:
£500.00-£600.00 per week


Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay

Experience:


  • Paving: 5 years (preferred)
  • Groundwork: 4 years (preferred)
  • Labouring: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS (preferred)
  • Driving Licence (required)
