Description

Operations Manager required for expanding business in Sheffield.

To manage, support and develop Team Leaders to ensure that client and company targets are met and exceeded across multiple metrics.

The key measures include attendance, campaign performance,employee engagement and quality & compliance. Managing Team Leader adherence to company processes and procedures as per the Manager Manual and the Employee Handbook. Supporting and developing Team Leaders with regular observations, coaching, feedback, trainingand recognition. Responsible for department meeting and passing internal and external audit requirements. A people focused role whilst maintaining performance delivery to the client and company.

Working Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.

Salary £dependent on experience plus bonus and benefits.
