Finance Administrator

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supporting the operational managers to maintain their work in progress and debt profile
- Supporting the operational managers to understand customer profitability
- Raising sales invoices and credits in accordance with company policies
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Liaising with credit control to ensure debt remains in line with T&Cs
- Providing support and information to the finance team during financial audits in relation to the department's activities
- Uploading information to the client's systems as required
- Other admin duties as required
Desired/Essential Experience:
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel (Essential)
- Excellent computer and I.T competencies (Essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication (Essential)
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload, managing multiple tasks concurrently (Essential)
- Previous administration experience (Desired)
