We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Transport Administrative Assistant / Planner.

We are a well-known haulage and distribution company based in Whitfield Dover Kent, delivering goods both within the UK and in Europe.

You will be working within our busy transport office, assisting the operations teams as required, answering telephone calls and liaising with drivers & customers.

You will need to have a 'can-do' attitude with the ability to work as part of a team and be able to adapt to changing plans.

Must have excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure.

Previous experience within the haulage or distribution industry is necessary.

Good geographical knowledge an advantage.

An excellent telephone manner is required, and good IT skills are a must.

45 paid hours per week Monday - Friday

Salary will be reviewed after an initial 3 month period.
