Description

Assist Capital Project managers, (internal and external), in managing, monitoring and co-ordinating all activity required for the successful delivery of Estates.

This will include project management of the business case, specification development, design and implementation phases and also carrying out the PM role on delegated schemes.

Carrying out the design and specification of minor projects, including the provision of feasibilities, budgets and co-ordination of CAD drawings, specifications and tender information.

Ensure the Capital Process Manual is adhered to and the designed processes within and collaborate with the effective administration of the Estate Services Capital Development Team.
