The Client

The Client, who were established over 30 years ago, are a high end residential contractor based in South West London.

There work tends to be with private clients and project values tend to be £7m+. They have quite the reputation and are considered as a leading contractor for this type of work. They do both Residential and Commercial projects and pride themselves in not compromising on quality. They take an active role in raising the profile in the local community. They have a strong pipeline of work and have gone from strength to strength.

The Role

Duties

Maintaining the files throughout the project.
General filing and scanning of documents.
Use viewpoint to distribute drawings and documents.
Set up job files on the companies' server for new projects.
General Adhoc as and when required.

A full breakdown of duties can be provided upon request.

Must have

Construction industry experience
Experience in the use of Viewpoint/4projects
