Facilities Manager position at Rendall & Rittner (Albion Riverside, London, SW11 4AP)

Location - Albion Riverside (London, SW11 4AP)

Working Hours - Monday to Friday

Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)

Contract - Permanent

**Your working environment?
**This role will be based at an exclusive mixed use riverside development located in Battersea. The development has 185 residential apartments and benefits from on-site facilities such as a swimming pool, residents gym and a private garden.

What makes a successful Rendall & Rittner Facilities Manager?
- you'll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests and your team.
- you'll have managed commercial tenants, assisting with queries and managing the relationships.
- you have overseen external contractors and property maintenance.
- you'll have successfully worked with a variety of commercial contracts and liaising with key personnel daily basis.

You'll ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems

- your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
- you'll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You'll lead, engage and inspire others
