Description
Working hours will be 8PM-6AM


Bar person to have a wide range of duties from preparing and serving drinks to engaging customers and providing produce recommendations.

No mixology required.

Preparing and serving quality alcoholic and none alcoholic beverages as required

Checking customers identification and age verified as required by the law

Maintaining a clean and stocked bar area, including responding to spills and other H&S hazards

Maintaining a clean lounge area, ensure drink and food menus are on display at all times

Serving food and snacks

Cash handling

Credit card machine operation

Cashing up the bar after shift and handing over to the night manager

Cleaning tables and cleaning glassware as required

Second person fire cover, training will be given on the first week of employment

It may be required to come into work earlier on busy trading days, advance notice will be given with advanced rota


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 12-39 per week


Salary:
£11.00 per hour

Experience:
