Are you passionate about providing a helpful and memorable experience for customers?

Are you looking for a role in Customer Service with a generous monthly bonus?
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused people to join our growing Customer Experience Team based in Whiteley.

You will support our customers with their general enquiries; representing Onestream in the best way and ensuring the best possible outcome for the customer.

Experience isn't essential, we're looking for the right people who care about our customers. Training will be provided.


Salary:

£22,000 with bonus scheme to increase salary potential to £28,000 per annum


Working hours and location:


  • Monday
  • Friday Between 8:00am 8:00pm (shifts will consist of 8:00 4:00pm and 12:00pm 08:00pm)
  • Up to 2 Saturdays 10.00am 4.00pm (this is done on a rota basis with weekday day in lieu)

Your role will involve:


  • Provide full customer support for our range of telephone and broadband products
  • Provide a customercentric, personalised and supportive service to every customer
  • Building and managing successful customer relationships
  • Working in a busy, fastpaced contact centre environment
  • Complying to Ofcom standards by following scripts and set processes

We have recently moved to larger, newly renovated offices in Whiteley, Fareham, after a rapid growth, and to help us to continue with our exciting growth plans we have over the next 18 months.
