    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop process automation solutions, participating in the complete software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and support.
    • Create reports in PowerBI as part of automation deliverables.
    • Build and monitor reports to ensure automated process performance aligns with enterprise standards and drives continuous improvement.
    • Develop solutions to enhance data quality across business processes.
    • Document automation and data processing solutions thoroughly.
    • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of automated systems.
    • Implement standards, procedures, and policies for design and coding.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data automation and RPA.
    • Collaborate with Data Analysts and stakeholders to streamline data tasks, define automation needs, and deliver scalable solutions.
    • Support operational development projects as a subject matter expert.
    • Act as a liaison for the Asia-Pacific Operations Excellence team, facilitating communication and resource sharing.

    You Will Shine In This Role When You Have:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience with RPA and data tools such as UIPath, Databricks, Python, PowerBI, and VBA.
    • Experience with DevOps practices like GIT, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
    • Knowledge of database technologies and BI tools.
    • Proactive, analytical, goal-oriented, with a positive attitude.
    • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in data manipulation and visualization.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective collaboration skills across diverse cultural and organizational levels.
    • Good communication and presentation skills.
