Oracle is looking for a Learning Consultant to join our International Change and Learning team.

This is an exciting and dynamic team that looks to push the boundaries of what can be done and is part of the wider organisation of Oracle Consulting.

You will be part of a dynamic international team in which collaborative working will be paramount.

As well as delivering value to clients, you will be expected to contribute and identify areas for process improvement internally.


Based in the UK, you will need to be a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a passion for Training & Learning delivery and relationship management.


As a Learning Consultant within the team, your role will require a hybrid approach to working with our clients, and you will teach a variety of courses to internal employees and 3 rd Party partner System Integrators.

You may also be asked to support ongoing Client sustainment training or early adoption Front End training.


As a Learning Consultant within Oracle's International Change and Learning Team, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance and delivery and evaluation of client training and education programs.

You will likely be asked to support clients in the Middle East, Latin America, UK and Europe or across Australia and Asia.

This role delivers training programs based on the needs and objectives of the business and its clients.

There may also be a requirement to support day-to-day business as usual administrative tasks such as scheduling courses or updating supporting documentation.


Millennium experience or knowledge of using an equivalent EPR, and an appreciation of the healthcare sector would be advantageous, however not essential.

You should be detail-orientated and have excellent communication skills at all levels. The successful applicant is expected to be able to work well both in a team environment and autonomously.

The role may require travel to client sites, at times up to 100% in a week however the majority of the training delivery will be virtual.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business, communications, education, healthcare, marketing or related field or 2 years relevant work experience
  • At least 1 year of educational delivery, healthcare information technology or consulting and/ or other clientfacing or similar solution work experience

Preferred experience:


  • Experience with Cerner Millennium products
  • NHS experience
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, ideally within IT
