Norse Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our Groups HR department based at our Head Office in Norwich.


The role is being offered on a 12 -month FTC, due to the commencement of an exciting new project launching within our support services division.


The Role:


Project One is the start of our new core system being implemented that will be a vital part of the support services function, this will improve the functionality and quality of all internal system processes for HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance, and IT.


As the Project Administrator
, you will be responsible for providing efficient and organised administration support to the HR Project One team, you will need the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Your role will play an integral part of the day-to-day development, you'll provide a comprehensive range of administration duties which will include data collection, documenting project meetings, and maintaining a library of key information and development progress.


  • Proven experience within a similar administration role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience successfully working on projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively within fast paced environment
