    Description
    • Key Responsibilities:

    Quarterly Period Close Procedures

    Includes journal postings, balance sheet reconciliations and detailed review of company trial balances (including variance analysis).

    • Production of Quarterly Reports:

    • Variance Analysis

    • Development Cost Reports

    • Management Accounts

    • VAT Returns

    • CIS Returns

    Forecasting rental income and administrative overheads on a quarterly basis.

    Analyzing tenancy statistics and data for inclusion in quarterly board reports.

    Annual Statutory Accounts

    Preparation of annual statutory accounts for designated subsidiaries in accordance with FRS101.

    Year-End Audit Files

    Production of clear and accurate year-end audit files for designated subsidiaries and liaising with auditors as required.

    Purchase Invoices

    Review and authorisation of purchase invoices for correct posting and validity for designated companies.

    Maintaining compliance with company systems and internal controls.

    Collaboration and Liaison

    Assisting the UK Financial Controller with forecasting rental income and administrative overheads.

    Liaising with the Group tax department on tax matters specific to designated subsidiaries.

    Aiding with annual corporation tax returns.

    This is a 6-month interim position with scope for extension, offering a competitive daily rate. Working with a FTSE-listed property developer.
