We're currently seeking a Stores Operator to join us.

This role will focus on:


Please note this is for 37.5 hours per week with a rotating shift pattern of 6am - 2pm Mon - Thurs and Fri 6am - 11:30am and then 2pm - 10pm Mon - Thurs and 11:30am - 5pm Fri (shift premium is added for later shift) All training will be given in house for all technical elements of the role.

  • Ensuring compliance with the Company Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Policies reporting any potentially dangerous issues/faults to your direct Team Leader or Production Manager including but not limited to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • To ensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and at the lowest possible cost, in a manner in keeping with the Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures of the company
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude to training and personal development
  • Monitor the performance of the process ensuring maximum output is achieved at all times
  • Carry out and document the correct quality control checks for each job performed, completing all production paperwork
  • Work as a team to ensure departmental targets, company targets and customer deadlines are achieved

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Manufacturing background and understanding of manufacturing process
  • Commercial experience in a similar role.


  • Basic IT skills

  • This is helpful as you will be using our in house IT software (which you will be given full training on)
  • Experience of picking and packing


  • Quality Inspection

  • Measuring fittings produced to drawing specifications.
  • Experience of working as part of team
  • Counterbalance FLT license is advantageous although not essential.
