Digital Designer - The Role:

You will bring a solid understanding of how customers engage with creative and use your analytical experience to gather insights and implement changes required.

You will lead the digital projects for the Direct and B2B team ensuring the projects completeright first time and within budget.

Digital Designer - Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the design of omni channel campaigns with a real focus on creative excellence
• Take the lead in developing and managing the creation of digital campaign assets
• You will lead the digital design and execution SPBUK digital platforms ensuring all user experience designs principles are met and tested with customers before being released to the market
• You will support in SPBUK digital transformation projects ensuring the customer has the best digital experience for prepurchase and post purchase experience
• You will use performance insights to improve the effectiveness of your designs
• You will lead the online customer journey delivering simple and frictionless journeys
• You will ensure all customer facing digital platforms adhere to the brand promise and strategy by enabling a leading online visual identity

Digital Designer - You:

• Enthusiastic Creator: detailed orientated and able to produce outstanding visual design process
• Collaborator: work effectively as a team to drive extraordinary online experiences for our customers
• Problemsolvers: technically aware and able to manage multiple projects with ease

Digital Designer - Experience:

• Experience in creating extraordinary online experiences for our customers
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe creative suite and UX prototyping
• Experience in HTML and CSS is desired but not essential
• Strong organisational skills, proactivity, and ability to balance competing demands and multiple initiatives
• Excellence influencing and communication skills, including the ability to translate technical, operational, and regulatory information into understandable terms
• Ability to think creatively and with a commercial focus in respect of acquisition and retention
