A newly created role has come about in a PE backed Entrainment and Media backed business.

The company has gone from strength to strength over the last 3 years with revenue growth of 38% year on year.

Growing out through acquisition the company will be goingthrough an aggressive buy and build with events targeted across Europe and the States.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Accounting and Reporting, you will be responsible for the group statutory consolidation and reporting in accordance with IFRS and group audit.

Key Responsibilities

PreparationoftheGroupIFRSconsolidationfortheyear
Development of template Excel reporting packs for the entity/subconsolidation to complete
Supportlocalteamswith subconsolidations
AssistwiththeanalysisandcalculationofIFRSadjustmentsfortheGroup
Preparationofhistoricalacquisitionaccountingmodels
Completion of Group consolidation Excel reporting package, utilising the entity/subconsolidationsubmissions
PrepareoffullIFRScompliantnotedisclosures(tobeconfirmed)
Prepare strategic, director and other compliance reporting required to accompany theconsolidatedfinancialstatements
Managetheannualyear endGroupauditprocess
Validatestatutoryreportingaccounthierarchies
