Description
Responsibilities:
- Support Business Operations, KPIs, and Transformation.
- Support specific events, planning, and execution.
- Manage security control for access to relevant document retention portals and restricted software licenses.
- Improve department asset utilization.
- Report for Annual File Review.
- Accurate and clear reporting of all data types and identification of duplicate files to increase efficiency for all department users, ensuring the availability of current storage.
- Liaise with internal IT and Facilities teams regarding capacity planning for users.
- Construct relevant Process Document Guides, including How Tops/Single Point reference guides, and maintain knowledge of 'Best practice' methods.
- Support Ride and Drive Benchmarking events, which requires a clean driving license.
- Monitor office stock and coordinate upgrades (IT equipment, desks, lockers, chairs, DSE provisions, etc.).
- Support teams with IT hardware and software audits as required.
- Coordinate new starter onboarding and planned leaver offboarding equipment.
- Plan organization resources moves for colocation.
- Ensure office move delivery, ensuring all IT has the correct setup postmove.
- Act as an escalation point for ITrelated issues within the department, supporting engineers and other colleagues to manage resolutions through our thirdparty supplier.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of IT hardware and software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
- Knowledge of DSE connectivity enduser requirements.
- Experience of project delivery.
- Experience of Security Control for access to relevant document retention portals and restricted software licenses.
- A clean driving license.
Experience Required:
Customer service background with working knowledge of IT hardware and software.
Experience Preferred:
- Office Moves Project Delivery.
- Background in IT.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay:
£36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
