Main Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview panels, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS accordingly.

Talent Acquisition

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize recruitment strategies.

Onboarding and New Hire Support

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
  • Coordinate preemployment checks, including reference checks and background verifications.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation.
  • Support the HR team in delivering effective orientation programs for new employees.

Employee Engagement

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing teambuilding activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
  • Support the implementation of employee wellness programs and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

You'll have:


  • Proven experience as a HR/Recruitment Coordinator or similar role, with a focus on global recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of global employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.

Remote (You will need to be based in the UK)
**Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
