Title and SummaryExecutive Assistant
The role will be directly supporting an EVP and an SVP in Real-Time Payments at Mastercard, working closely with a team of Executive Assistants supporting this function.
The role will involve, but not limited to, the following day-to-day activities:
- Screening executives' mailbox, scheduling meetings and multi-time zone calendar management.
- Completing international travel arrangements including visas.
- Expense reporting ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with purchase orders/requisitions/invoicing.
- Attending team meetings and tracking actions; maintaining department records (e.g. org charts, survey results, whereabouts trackers).
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, or other assigned documentation. Working with the team on communication planning and strategy.
- May research special topics as assigned.
- Serve as administrative liaison within Mastercard as well as and outside the company.
- Coordinate and plan internal events such as All Hands, team offsites and volunteering activities.
Knowledge / Experience:
- Administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and senior customers.
Skills/ Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with tools such as Oracle, SAP Concur/CWT and Workday is beneficial.
- Ability to work within deadlines, anticipating executives needs and prioritizing work appropriately.
