LONDON

£100,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS

THE COMPANY
I am working with a multinational home improvement retail business based in London.

This FTSE100 brand has over 1,000 stores and is looking to bring in a Head of CRM to increase growth through their app.


THE ROLE
As a Head of CRM, some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Working on top-line CRM strategy with a focus on app-based communications, and a focus on building a driving force within this business.
  • Working on the strategy behind campaigns, trigger journeys and automations.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the senior leadership to inform on CRM strategy.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The Head of CRM will have:

  • Strong knowledge of any CRM system, they use Braze and this is preferred.
  • Experience with App communications is
    a must:
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders within a business.
  • Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.

THE BENEFITS

  • A salary of £90,000£100,000.
