Internal Sales Executive, Buntingford
£23,000 - £28,000 plus generous commission
Our client has a fantastic opportunity to join their sales team in their brand-new office just outside Buntingford.
Responsibilities:

- You will be prospecting, tendering and most importantly, securing sales of general insurance customers.
- You will be devising strategies, generating leads, and developing effective and fruitful business relationships.
- Undertake face to face/telephone reviews of existing clients to secure renewal.
- Actively prospect and sell to target commercial clients, building long lasting, trusting relationships with key decision makers.
- Cross sell the full range of products, including financial services, risk management services and the company's range of motor and personal insurances.
- Manage your own sales pipeline using a customer relationships management tool.
- Handling day to day enquiries, renewal preparation, and negotiation.
Our client is looking for someone who can demonstrate the drive, energy, and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to new and prospective clients.
You will need a confident personality and be able work well within a team environmentbut also work equally as well using your own initiative.
Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and relationship building abilities are also requirements for this role.Benefits:
