Description

We are seeking to appoint a
Service Coordinator, you will ensure site works are carried out in accordance with contract specifications quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.

You will be ensuring all service reports are accurate and meet the client standards.


On a day-to-day basis you will maintain the service management systems as appropriate ensuring that orders are in the correct status, notes are up to date.

Raising quotes and purchase orders on our CRM as well as follow-up of outstanding payments.

  • You have high attention to detail both numerically and written
  • You will be able to meet deadlines and have good problemsolving skills.
  • Working collaboratively and positively with stakeholders, both internal and external, providing operational support to the team, and accurately maintaining relevant computer system records of workstreams.
  • This is an officebased role that requires a disciplined individual able to manage time effectively
  • Flexibility with the ability and willingness to adapt quickly to change without losing efficiency
  • Excellent work ethic, process driven
  • Resilience and ability to work well under pressure

Security Clearance:


  • Due to the sensitive nature of the work, we will need to apply, on your behalf, for security clearance and you will need to meet the following requirements:
  • Resided in the UK for the last 3 years
  • Have a current British Passport or settlement status
  • NI Number
  • 2 x proof of addresses (all in UK)
  • 5 years full history with no gaps of more than 1 month
  • 3 years solid reference with no gaps of more than 1 month

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • SE1: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
