Your Scope

You will be working in a food production environment so you will need good working knowledge of machine operations and equipment.

You will be responsible for a small team of production operatives directing tasks as required.
You will optimize line efficiency ensuring compliance and a high attention to health & safety requirements.

As a Senior Production Operative you will also work on the Print floor, SCADA operating system and carry out general porter duties on the packing lines.

Profile:

You will have experience of working within a similar environment, with a proven ability to lead a small team of production operatives.

Communication is key - with your colleagues and drivers ensuring good safety practices.
Championing continuous improvement within the factory including Lean Manufacturing Techniques.
Holding a Counterbalance Forklift licence would be an advantage.
