Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Principal HR Data Analyst to work with one of our Local Authority clients in South London.

What the job will be doing

Manage the production of HR management information, to aid in the management of people and services, including the development of HR Dashboards.
Line manage the Apprentice HR Data Analyst.
Manage requests for information and questionnaires and provide statistical and information reports on Human Resources policies and practice.
Coordinate Freedom of Information requests on behalf of HR and prepare responses for approval.
Provide advice and support on data analysis to other HR teams, including Recruitment and Workforce Development.

What you will need

Significant experience of working in an information or data management role
Excellent analytical skills (including statistical/data interpretation) and ability to analyse, interpret and present trends or patterns in complex data set
Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, vlookup, formatting, charts)
Ability to interrogate HR systems and reporting packages (e.g. Business Objects) to produce management reports and inform decision making
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, ability to prioritise
