Trainee Tax Advisor


Excellent opportunity to train as a Tax Advisor, initially under the Association of Tax Technicians qualification, and then leading to the Chartered Institute of Tax Advisors.

Excellent training, in aspects of personal taxation, capital gains tax, company taxation, VAT and Tax Advisory.

Training will be given in-house and with external training providers to assist with exam success. Excellent opportunities to learn the skills required for a long-term career.


Based in Middlesbrough town centre our trainees are an integral part of our client service team contributing to the success of our clients, and at the same time developing their own interpersonal skills.


Requirements:


  • You will have good A level grades or a university degree or have accounts experience and qualifications, looking to specialise in taxation.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to work well as an individual and at the same time to be able to work well as part of a team.
  • To have a methodical approach to work.
  • Ability to develop and improve IT skills.
  • Ability to comprehend the legal requirements of taxation and desire to learn legislation and taxation rules.
  • Training will be provided via the country's leading tuition centre through a combination of classroom based learning in Leeds or Newcastle together with online training.
  • Job Types: Fulltime, Permanent
