An exciting new secondment /Fixed Term opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, motivated individual to join the Review and Resettlement Team as an Administrator.

The post holder will support the Review and Resettlement Team Autism Cohort with all administrative tasks.


The Review and Resettlement Team is newly formed team which will work with patients placed in out of area speciality placement.


You will need to be enthusiastic, have good problem-solving skills, be creative and innovative in your approach to your work.

You will have experience in managing multiple diaries, good customer care skills and communicate effectively with patients, carers and stakeholder.

You must possess excellent communication skills, are able to demonstrate a flexible approach to your work, are self-motivated, innovative, professional and a team player.


This role is based at Heathside in Maidstone but allows you the flexibility to maintain good work-life balance includes your choice of work base at any of our KMPT locations across Kent - Dartford, Maidstone or Canterbury with the opportunity to partly work from home.

The post holder will work as a member of the Review and Resettlement Team which sits within the current West Kent Directorate and will be a flexible resource to support teams in the provision of services to include organisation of work for self.

Will have front line contact with service users, carers, the general public or other external stakeholders and internal colleagues.

The Post holder will work as part of the West Kent Directorate providing cover across Directorate when required.

RESPONSIBILITY
Provide and receive complex information for patients in out of area placement and maintain spreadsheets

Responsible for arranging different meetings (professional meetings and CTR's)

Post holders will liaise with their Administrators to ensure that excellent customer care is the standard in their transactions with customers/clients/other external stakeholders and internal colleague's customers/clients/other external stakeholders and internal colleagues

Identifies current requirements for information across service(s) and keeps abreast of changes to service provision

To perform this role, post-holders will need to be fully familiar with the patient pathway within their service

RiO access rights give additional access in relation to some aspects of Level 3 to include ability to access some clinical information if required for reporting purposes

Manage and maintain the team's dairies, booking of reviews and meetings

Participates in recruitment of administration staff and induction training of new staff

May assist in the provision of in-house training in relation to specific skills e.g. associated with Intermediate - Advanced Excel

Maintaining records

Ordering of stationery and supplies and managing stationery stores


Assist to undertake some research as appropriate to banding and contribute to projects or delegated projects and providing potential solutions to any problems raised.

Provides support in marketing of services and information to support tendering process where applicable
