Boutique Sales Admin - Old Bond Street

(Permanent, Full-Time)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?


As Boutique Sales Admin of Vacheron Constantin, you will be supporting with all the operations and administrative tasks of the boutique, and support with hosting clients and driving sales when necessary.

With the mission to manage stock and boutique processes you will make a significant contribution to ensure flawless operations and commercial activities and ultimate customer satisfaction.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Stock & Orders, SAP management

  • Control stock inventory and organize related stock movements involving product inbound and outbound (i.e. deliveries, transfers, inventory, special orders, collect in store).
  • Actively participate in daily/ monthly and annual product inventories and cycle counts
  • Support the order and keep track of bespoke straps via directly liaising with supplier and partners
  • On a daily basis ensure efficient execution of shipping repairs
  • Ensure clean reservations and consignments reports at the end of the month
  • Communicate with the supply chain team any requests for product replenishment
  • Assist with special projects, as needed (i.e. price changes)

Aftersales and Customer Service Support

  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing repairs
  • Coordinate the BTQ CS repairs and enquiries (e.g. aftersales, repair costs estimate, complaint handling and escalations)
  • CS report weekly, liaise with CS teams, internal logistics and aftersales departments
  • Master SAP repair process and monitor weekly repair checks, client collection follow up
  • Support accessories orders working closely with the Operations team at head office
  • Communicate and work closely with in house watchmaker/ After Sales team on a daily basis

BTQ environment

  • Organize storage of watches, warranty cards, accessories
  • Organize and update on a regular basis back office area
  • Assist in VM implementation, merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and backstock
  • Review and order all relevant supplies for boutique operations in partnership with Boutique Manager
  • Review and report any store maintenance issues, coordinate with local contractors/ vendors in partnership with manager
  • Look after the supplies (e.g. stationery, toiletries, kitchen supplies. chocolate/drinks/flowers))
  • Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison and boutique
  • Be autonomous with all client facing tools / support with signing clients to sales team
  • Assist with managing the calendar of events/ client experiences
  • Support THC completion rate
  • Assist on ad hoc pilot projects

Selling Support for Sales Floor

  • Assist with hospitality during sales presentations/in btq events
  • Covering the shopfloor if assistance is needed at any time

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Additional language skills are a plus
  • Organizational skills and sense of priority
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • SAP knowledge a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Selfstarter with teamplayer approach
  • Must be flexible to work retail hours including evenings and weekends
