Description

Move Inn Estate are looking for an experience Senior Sales Negotiator or Sales Manager to join our team in our new branch opening up in Iver.


With 10 years in the business, we have a proven track record of success and we genuinely care about the world of property.


As the Senior Sales Negotiator/Sales Manager you will assist in the delivering across all income streams; property sales, valuations, financial service appointments, sign-ups, conveyancing quotes and instructions.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the daily running of residential sales, including conducting team meetings, management of team/individual performance and aide in training and development
  • Ensure compliance is adhered to company standards and current legislation
  • Identifying potential buyers and sellers, securing maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions, financial services appointments, conveyancing quotes/instructions
  • Undertaking canvassing of local properties and accompanied viewings
  • Managing withdrawals with the ability to save the instruction through negotiation and managing clients expectations
  • Undertaking sales progression duties liaising with solicitors, buyers and sellers, providing regular updates
  • Follow up on viewings to secure offers, overcoming negative feedback and maximising other value streams
  • Undertake property valuations and prepare prevaluation information
  • Prepare vendor reports on progress by analysing the market and business data

We ask that you have:

  • A minimum of 23 years residential Sales & experience as at Senior Negotiator level at least
  • Full knowledge of relevant legislation affecting the operation of residential sales & lettings
  • Previous experience of sales progression and valuations
  • Good negotiation and influence skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a varied audience
  • A valid UK driving licence

£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
