Are you an experienced HR or People Administrator, a recent HR Graduate or a fantastic Administrator looking to build a career in the people profession, wanting to join an award-winning organisation?

As our business continues to experience rapid growth, our People Team plays a vital role in supporting and empowering our managers and their teams, comprising over 600 individuals working across diverse field, operational, and office-based positions.


As HR Administrator, you will be making sure that all our records are up to date for our greatest asset, our People.

You will get involved in the whole employee lifecycle from recruitment and selection to offboarding and everything in between.

The main duties will include, but not limited to:


  • Be the initial point of contact into the department, triaging and signposting to provide a great experience
  • Administer all people related documents and processes, specifically employment contracts, offer letters and other new starter, change, leaver documentation
  • Build, develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to provide best onboarding and offboarding experience
  • Ensure all people data is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Producing monthly performance reports for the People team performance
  • Maintaining people trackers and participating in meetings and taking actions
  • General administration support to wider People team

About you:


  • Thrive in a fast paced, challenging but supportive environment and meet deadlines
  • Aptitude for flexibility and to achieve high levels of workload
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel & Word
  • The ability to effectively plan, organise and prioritise own workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable manner
  • Strong administration skills, with a high attention to detail
  • A high level of integrity and confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
  • Previous experience in an HR admin role and CIPD Level 3 would be desirable but not essential as there will be the opportunity for training and development

Up to £32,000.00 per year
