This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2 man team who already work well together.

We are seeking an experienced team -Small works builder with relevant experience in all building trades (example: Joinery, Tiling, Plastering, Building Fabric, Bricklaying (General Builder) who has a varied knowledge of carrying out General Small Building Works (Kitchen and Bathroom fitting, Small to medium Project Works)

You would be responsible for carrying out our customer requirements to the highest standard. It is crucial for APSFM to recruit a team who have the confidence and skill set to carry a job from start to finish in a timely efficient manner.
You will also be able to demonstrate a proven track record in your team.

A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible.
Previous, Small Building, fabric Experience, Plumbing, Joinery, Electrica, Plastering.
A HSE understanding
Full UK Driver's License
Clean

Due to increased demand, we are looking for an experienced 2 man team.

Qualities Required:

At least 5 years' worth of relevant experience
Hold a full valid UK driving license.
Be courteous, polite, and customerfocused, to ensure that their customers receive the best possible customer experience.
The ability to carry out small building works, resheet walls and various other tasks as per client specifications.
The ability to run and work confidently and independently on small building works, Insurance, Building Projects, Kitchens & Bathroom installations and without supervision or issues.
The ability to work as part of a team and work to tight programs and deadlines.
High personal workmanship standards with mínimal errors and great pride in their work.
Have excellent time management skills.
Own tools required
