SENIOR CONSUMER INSIGHT ANALYST

£30,000k - £34,000k, PENSION, HYBRID WORKING

YEOVIL BASED


I'm working with one of the largest retailers in the country on a Senior Customer Insight Analyst position for their Yeovil office.

You'll have the opportunity to work with a range of methodologies and help in building the company's brand.


THE ROLE:

The Senior Consumer Insight Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

  • Design qualitative and quantitative research
  • Participate in interviews and focus groups
  • Present insights to senior stakeholders
  • Mentor more junior members of the team, assisting with their learning and development
  • Script consumer surveys

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:


The ideal Senior Consumer Insight Analyst will have:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in research
  • Great communication skills
  • Knowledge of Qualitative and Quantitative methodologies
  • Passionate about data and customer satisfaction
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel
