Job Title:
Events Manager, Events Coordinator.
Duties will include, but won't be limited to:
- Styling and decor of events (mostly children's birthday parties)
- Coordination with external contractors
- Management of the event on a day from start to finish
- Communications with clients and guests on a day of the event
- Ensuring that all customers receive a consistently excellent service
- Packing props and decor after the event
- Be very punctual and reliable
- Be able to multitask and work under time pressure
- Be very friendly, bubbly and bright
- Have good communication skills
- Be comfortable around kids
- Have a good understanding of the importance of delivering a high level of service
- Be very delicate, have tact and be able to maintain confidentiality
- Able to think on their feet and remain calm in difficult situations
- Be positive and hardworking
- Be well presented
The ability to work weekends is a MUST:
This is a perfect opportunity for events management students or graduates.

Option One:
Weekends only
Option Two:
Weekends, plus 1-2 weekdays in the office (SW6 2UE)
