About Lumen
The Role:
Fantastic opportunity to join our Client Services Team supporting customers, managing tickets and managing issues through to resolution.
The Main Responsibilities:
Single point of ownership for multiple clients, product agnostic
Work at different levels within Lumen and the client organization
Assisting Senior Service Managers with reporting
Logging tickets utilising Salesforce.
Help to develop reporting within the role.
Other duties as assigned.
