This appointment offers exciting opportunities in light of the major changes currently taking place in the Ophthalmology department within the Trust and in particular forging closer links with the Ophthalmology department at the Great Western Hospital in Swindon.


The appointment will help the department achieve government and local targets in the provision of a high quality and paediatric and ocular motility services to the population of Gloucestershire and beyond.


The post is a Locum Consultant Paediatric Ophthalmologist post commencing immediately, with a view to recruiting to the position permanently after 12 months.

If such a person is appointed, modification of the job content will be discussed on a personal basis. Job share applicants are also welcome.
