ABOUT THE ROLE:
No previous experience is required, but we are looking for a team player with strong communication skills, the ability to adapt to new challenges, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Maintenance Manager, learn from our Garden Maintenance team, and work towards relevant NVQ programmes and external courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with property maintenance tasks, including painting, decorating, plumbing, and electrical work
- Conducting basic fire alarm and call bell checks, as well as PAT testing and legionellae management
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and keeping accurate records
- Collaborating with team members on projects and adapting to new challenges
- Learning from our Garden Maintenance team on garden preparation and maintenance
Criteria / Person Specification:
- No previous experience is required, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and work well under pressure
- Willingness to work towards relevant NVQ programmes and external courses
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
