Overview:
Customer Service - order to cash role. Key contacts include Customer Operations planners, Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, Transport providers and Customers.

Processing orders across key accounts, liasing with both internal and external stake holders to reach order fulfilment targets.

To deliver excellent customer service from planning through to order to cash, collaborate with customers on supply chain optimisation from factory gate to shelf.

First point of contact for customers.

Responsibilities:

To process and manage Customer Orders both manually and via SAP in a timely manner
Inventory management, accurately maintain stock levels and advise when stock levels are low to utilise sales projections
Updating key reports based on orders placed including liasing with warehouse and hauliers as required
Compiling shortage reports and updating service levels
Provide cover for all other Customer accounts as required
Provide a link between sales and planning from both ends of the Supply Chain whilst continuing to develop the relationship
Liaising between customers and 3rd party distributers
Investigate better ways of working and assist implementation
Investigate cost saving measures wherever possible
Weekend and Bank holiday working on an adhoc basis when cover is required

Key accountabilities:
Maximising size and accuracy of Customer Orders within a strict timeframe

Working with Customers, Demand Planners and Sales to and align all parts of the Supply Chain
