Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Moseley, Birmingham

£20,000 + OTE + Training + Benefits


An IT Sales Division of a leading recruitment consultancy based in Moseley, Birmingham are looking for a graduate calibre Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team working alongside the director of the business on existing clients initially and thenprogressing into a 360 role.


  • 12 months+ experience in a customer service or sales based environment (retail, hospitality, insurance etc.)
  • Ideally hold a degree or similar qualification
  • Demonstrate the desire to work in a targeted sales environment, working towards monthly sales objectives.
  • Be commutable to Moseley (The role is office based for the first 6 months for training purposes)
Key duties of the Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will include

  • Writing advertising copy to be posted on various boards and social media sites
  • Maintaining an internal CRM system
  • Attend training courses as well undertaking selfstudy
