We're looking for an enthusiastic Team Member to help us deliver a warm welcome to our guests, and ensure a consistently high level of service.
This role encompasses everything Front of House, however, dependent on age and level of experience will depend on where you are based within the business and your level of pay.
Experience is essential as we are now moving into the busiest season.Travel to and from work, especially heading home after a late shift, is required as standard.
About you:
- Creating a warm welcome to guests comes naturally to you, making every first impression count. You are an approachable first point of contact for guests seeking assistance and a friendly face.
- You are always adapting to maintain high standards and improve where necessary. Knowledge of our products and offers helps you to do this.
- Peak season can get pretty busy, but you'll thrive when working under pressure. You are an excellent communicator and can fit straight into a fastpaced, closeknit team.
- You ensure everywhere is looking clean and tidy. Presentation counts, and this shows through your way of working and presenting yourself.
