Description

• Plan and coordinate activities in our Hub including arranging guest speakers.
• Be able to operate a service, which is flexible, responsive and nondiscriminatory.
• Develop and maintain effective assessment and review procedures, which become the foundation for appropriate personal documentation.
• Assess potential service users who may be considering attending the centre.
• Plan and delivery of a wide range of social, leisure and recreational activities and opportunities based on identified need.
• Update and maintain online databases and filing systems.
• To plan, allocate and evaluate the workload of all staff.
• Collate evidence of impact against personalised and service outcomes.
• Develop positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families to support them to fully engage in activities and to remain as independent as possible.
• Promote Worcester Wheels at every opportunity to build up the service.
• Work with colleagues across Worcester Wheels to develop joint activities and opportunities where possible.
• Maintain accurate records as directed.
