Description

Our London based client - an International Law Firm, is looking for a Mid-Level Associate Lawyer to join their team in the Corporate Department.

The Corporate Team offer a specialist corporate legal service to clients and includes mergers and acquisitions (M and A), venture capital and joint ventures.

This particular role focuses on the M and A, in the public and private sector, and will also involve work across other disciplines too within the corporate team - for example private equity.

On offer is an excellent remuneration package with outstanding career prospects.

Pay:
£110,000.00-£130,000.00 per year
