A fantastic new opportunity has come up with a global leader in their field for a CRM Analyst and Reporting Specialist.


I am looking for someone with strong knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM, someone that can work with stake holders both internally and externally to gather, collate and streamline the data used in the business to help give them a competitive edge over their competitors.


I am not looking for a developer but very much a strong analyst/administrator that knows Dynamics CRM well, someone that has a detailed knowledge of CRM functional areas and can also build Dynamics CRM extensions.

If you have a good working knowledge of Excel and Tableau as well, this will be a distinct advantage.


This is a great opportunity to join a true global leader, not the biggest but a very agile and exciting organisation where you will be reporting to the MD and the global sales director and will be a vitally important cog in a well-oiled machine.

This role can be remote but you will need to travel to the HQ once or twice a month in Newcastle upon Tyne
