Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in improving lives and benefiting communities? Our client is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Corporate Administrator to join our dynamic team.

As a Corporate Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless administrative support for our Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) and contribute to the client's vision of achieving ambitious goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Senior Corporate Administrator to manage the SLT's diary and coordinate various events and activities.
  • Handle corporate subscriptions and affiliations management.
  • Assist with POs, invoicing, and credit card reconciliations for the SLT and teams.
  • Coordinate conference bookings and travel arrangements for the SLT and Governance and Compliance Team.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with administration tasks.
  • Facilitate meeting arrangements and support internal audits.
  • Assist with Company Secretarial duties, including formal agreements, registers, and corporate filings.
  • Manage the Board members' library, ensuring its content is uptodate and relevant.
  • Provide support to the Business Services team as needed.

  • Experience in providing administrative support, particularly for senior colleagues or teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in IT literacy and a keen adopter of digital technology and flexible working methods.
  • Exceptional scheduling and coordination skills, with the ability to handle varied demands.
  • Teamfocused and solutionsoriented approach, adaptable to a fastpaced and changing environment.
