PE Teacher - Southall


Are you a personable and energetic PE Teacher who is passionate about working with children and takes a positive approach towards their needs? Are you seeking a long-term placement in a vibrant and exceptional learning environment? We are currently recruitingfor an SEN School in Southall as they are looking forward to having an enthusiastic PE Teacher join their talented team for the start of the new year in January.

To be considered for this position you must be a qualified teacher and ideally have previous experience in Teaching.

The Role:


  • Be responsible for high quality autism specific education and development of a class / group of autistic children and young people.
  • To have the potential to develop skills in order to work with pupils with complex needs in addition to autism spectrum disorder, such as ADHD, OCD and PDA
  • To be responsible for planning implementing and delivering a personalised curriculum to individual children and groups that is relevant and motivating for each child.
  • Ensure the quality of teaching and learning meets statutory requirements
  • Ensure continuity across the year groups from EYS 22 working collaboratively with FE PE partners, contributing and driving joint planning including residential outward
- bound experiences.


Requirements:


  • Must have QTS and previous Teaching Experience
  • Must be available immediately to work as a PE Teacher
  • Either live in Southall or within a commutable distance
  • Experience working with autistic children and young people

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
