If you have experience of working in the automotive industry as a Service Advisor, this is a great opportunity to expand your skillset as this role will include both Service and Parts responsibilities.

We can provide excellent training to develop your skillset as you join the exciting world of Motorcycles.


The main duty is to deliver a great experience for our customers who bring their motorcycles in for servicing and repairs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Booking services
  • Completing repair orders
  • Communicating any required repairs to our customers
  • Work collaboratively with the Workshop team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales
  • Support the Parts department as required

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment and delivering a consistently excellent customer service
  • Experience of working in the automotive industry and familiarity of warranty procedures would be advantageous but not essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential and a Motorbike licence would be benefical
