REED have partnered with a growing company based in Brighton who are seeking a
Recruitment Campaign Partnerto join their successful team.


They will work closely with the other Partners across the People directorate in the Learning and Development and Service and Partnering teams, to continuously improve their ways of working, attraction techniques, management development and people plans,allowing for flexibility and ensuring delivery of corporate priorities and KPIs.


Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver endtoend recruitment campaigns using appropriate channels to reach a range of audiences
  • Partner with the Business Partners to understand current and future requirements, from their directorates people plans, enabling proactive recruitment campaigns in a timely manner
  • Provide creative advice and guidance on job adverts, social media content and interview approaches
  • Work closely with the Administrators to provide an escalation point for queries, to clarify and provide guidance on policies and procedures, and escalating within HR for other support as needed
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders, using data, market intelligence and excellent communication skills to Influence managers when designing their recruitment campaign

Essential criteria

  • Experience of delivering innovate, diverse and inclusive recruitment campaigns.
  • Experience of working with centralised procurement and finance process, using recruitment agency frameworks to recruit.
  • Experience of embedding change and continuous improvement within recruitment processes.
  • Experience of partnering with other functions in HR as well as the wider organisation.
  • Evidence of writing, creating and delivering recruitment content, for example, adverts, social media.
